The amount of commission slots is not definite. Currently, I can only work with 3 slots at a time. This number may increase or decrease over time.

You must be 18 years or older to commission me.

I will message you privately if I accept your application.

All communication will be held on Discord. Keep conversations appropriate and constructive. If any issues arise, we can work together to come up with the best solution.

Clear references of your character(s) are required or I may not be able to work on the commission.

I will take full payment up front after the client approves the sketch. If the total commission cost exceeds $120, half will be paid upfront and the other half will be paid when the piece is complete.

I only take USD and do not accept crypto or payment plans.

Additionally, in order to secure your commission slot, the client has a week before the full payment is due.

I can allow up to 3 revisions for the sketch. Major revisions may not be possible past this stage.

Life can be in the way sometimes! However, I will always try to finish commissions as quickly as possible. It may take me up to 1-3 weeks if things do become a little rocky.

I do not do refunds. The only exception is if something happens on my end. Allow me to issue the refund myself instead of requesting a chargeback.

The client has the right to request commission progress updates at any time.

I have the rights to all of my artwork! I can and will post the finished piece on my social media.

In addition to rights, my work is NOT for commercial use and is strictly for personal use only (i.e. profile pictures, printing, and social media banners). Be sure to properly credit me. :)

Do NOT resell my artwork or use my artwork to train AI models.

I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
